I saw this scan of Fuu , I liked it , so I vectored and added those flower pattern to her clothes. It was fun to make the bg after the vectoring :D I hate vectoring , it's boring XD The bg is actually 2 stock photo plus the butterflies.
After the bg finished I used some textures and brushes to make some grunge.
I think the best thing in this picture is the colours.
It's not a big deal , but I think (even if this wall is a bit ordinary) it looks good. So I uploded it , somebody might love it ^^

Hey, this is one really good wallpaper! ^^
first of all, nice vectoring. then, the background looks great, so grunge-like (and *cheers* for that XD), the colors match perfectly. overall, it looks great, so it's fav! ^^

I pretty like the wallpaper ^^ It's got a really nice feeling to it, the expression on Fuu's face on this scan is really sweet and really makes you happy in a way :3 I think the pattern on her Kimono could do with a little less :/ Because the sunflowers look a little too real. But the butterflies most definetly are a great touch to the wallpaper ;3

Fuu is a very pretty character. I'm usually teetering over toward, or against vector art depending on whether it was done well or not, but this was beautifully done. The way you did her robe with those textures reminds me of gankutsuo, and i loved that anime. Beautiful background, great job.

Not my favorite of your more recent work, but still easy on the eyes. The colors are amazing, and there is nice work with vectoring...I really like the scan, and how she is not as pronounced as the bg, adding to the overall effect, still very nice work...XD I like it.
