Considering the sheer lack of wallpapers in the Chrono Cross section (and that I've uploaded for that matter) I thought I'd better do something about it. The Frozen Flame is often quoted throught the game as the "treasure of all treasures" hence the wallpapers name.

The flame itself was a vector based on the print found on the Japanese game discs which I made in Freehand MX. I then rasterised and had some fun with in Paint Shop Pro X. The wind like swirls were also vectors done in Expression 3 and the background is some heavily adjusted stock found at http://sxc.hu.
