This wall started as with me simply wanting to vector Akari. I am fairly pleased with how her vector turned out. I then was going to put in the school window, as she is in the scan, but that just never looked the way I wanted it to. I then decided to put her behind a wall, also vectored. Then I stumbled into a different scan of her with these blossoms in it. So I vectored them to have them blowing in the wind with her hair. Lastly I found a stock image of clouds, did some filters and added a gradient to make the sky in the background. Hope you like it. As always positive and negative feedback is welcome.

*Edited it a bit. Added the top layer of cement as recommended. I originally left it out because it wasn't in the scan I vectored it from...but I think I like it better in.*

The flowers look lovely, and the vector looks nice as well. I think the top edge of the brick wall needs to be a bit more defined though... either with one more half row of bricks as a border, or with a bit more shading along the top. Right now it looks a bit cut off.

Agreed. The top of the brick wall would usually have a concrete top base. Does appear wierd to just end at the top like that. Unless you were playing Mario Bros. :)
Even so. This is still an nice wall to add to the TO HEART collection. :)

Wow...Nice vector! I love the bg with all the flowers! The girl was vectored well and the the wall is clean. It gives me a relaxing feeling when I look at it. The sakura blossoms are so beautiful, I can't help but staring at it. It's my favorite!

The vectoring is nice! :)
It's so clean and crisp. Plus the chara is so cute!
The clouds look great too, with that soft painted look.

Well, you already know that I think you did a great job on the vectoring for this one. The flowers look great. I still say maybe making them blurry in front of her would add dimension, but I think it's a great wall without it, too.

Very nice wallpaper ^_^
I liked the colors and the general setting!
The vector... for the flowers around, they are perfect... the problem that I have is with the character featured... the outlines seems really weired (like if you tried to resize a small image and that the outlines lost their consistency a bit...) I don't know what may cause it (Am I the only one who see it?)
The rest is really nice! The cloudy sky is awesome!

The black outline of the vector of the girl seems kinda pixelated (1600x1200 version), especially in comparison with the flowers (which, btw, I love; I think they're the best part of the wall). To compensate, I'd recommend softening the girl (not by much, necessarily, because that would contrast with the sharp wall, clouds, and flowers).
