Yay, a Soi Fong wallpaper! There aren't enough of these around. I really like the white background on this one, though the scan looks a bit odd with the lines from the scan.

That text with her name on it looks cool, as well as all the stuff going on in the background. I don't like those light square thingies, mosiac, on her body tho.

There are some little problems with the extraction (look for example at Soi Fong's left arm and shoulder, the outline is not even visible), It would be better if you could fix them out.
The background looks quite dirty in some places because of the different brushes used, I don't think that it is consistent with the butterflies and leaves around...
For the little effects used on the scan itself (I'm not sure they are textures), but it just look that your scan is not clean and it is a good thing to use those effects to hide it, but maybe you oevr did it (?)
Still, that's a nice Soi Fong wallpaper!
