Nice paint job, but a few crits for me.

the texture doesn't work for me that much, partly because i'm not at texture fanatic and second because i think the wallpaper could have been better if the textures were more subtle. you don't necessarily have to remove them, just a little less seen would do just fine.

the corner-top of the right wing of the girl is fading out. it would have been nicer if that one was filled just a little bit more for consistency reasons, and the wings look pretty. XD it would have been perfect if you did just that.

i like the clouds and the big waves that are right behind them. its actually like a sea-wallpaper, like it has a sea behind them and they are on the beach and everything.

Absolutely gorgeous. You really are a "dab hand" at making these sort of grungy-looking wallpapers, I have to say. This one really echoes the themes of the anime well and I have to add it to my favourites! Great work, as usual!
