This is my entry for the Script refinery group's contest : "One very big title"
The deadline is today ;)


Terms of the contest in the spolier for the lazy ones ...

The theme for this one will be: One Very Big Title

Here are the conditions:
- title must be at least 75% of the total wallpaper size wide by 35% high
- the title also has to be legible (letters can be partially obscured as long as you can still read it)

Deadline: October 22nd

Eateries will be rated for the following:
- Title Integration (how well the title matches and complements the rest of the wallpaper. This doesn't necessarily mean you have to try to make it blend in, it's more that you can make it look like it belongs)
- Creativity/Artistic Style
- Technical Merit

The wall is from one of the serie i'm enjoying lately ...

Now about the wall itself :

I took inspiration in the interlude of the show ...
I won't explain the interlude itself, it would be too long , if you want to know, just go to youtube and search for "ouran high school host club"

I vectored every single character in the host club
All character vectors are in the gallery except the one for the twins i didn't submit to the gallery because i don't think it is useable enough to enter the gallery
But here it is if you want to use it anyway :

I then vectored the kanjis
Integrate the characters in each kanji,
Then create the kanjis volume, the border and all the little ornaments ...

Not much to say about this wall , i wanted to try minimalistic style for a while ... just to try ...
I think minimalistics walls are quite hard to make (for me ) because you must not add a lot in your wall while taking care it doesn't looks empty .. don't really know if that makes sense ... XD

Also, my first try at making a border, it doesn't follow the edges of the wall because i didn't want it to be under the task bar ...
