I really love that scan, right away when I saw it I knew I just had to make a wall out of it. My goal was to create a gentle scene. I tried to keep the background soft and blurred and the rain unobstructive. My hope was also to have a sort of warm feel to it, so I added the sun and rays at the top. But I don't know, it still looks kind of chilly. Oh well. Hope you all like it!

This is a good piece of work. the blur effect of the background looks nice.
personally i love sharp pictures. i would think that the foreground (the character) should not be affected by the same blurness as background. maybe a distinct feature, but with soft/blur colouring will make it more outstanding? maybe something like ~madoshi012's signature.

This isn't my type of wallpaper but great job adding to semi-grungy techniques. Overall, I think the color and tones are a little too bright. Good work and effort. =]

The scan looks soo pretty and the whole wallpaper is really cute. I like the soft colors. In my opinion, I don't like the sun and rays you added at the top. It doesn't seem to look right... Well other than that, eveything looks great. Nice job. It's such a calm and peaceful kind of wall.
