Can't believe no one vectored this simple scan. Anyways, after listening to the AIR soundtrack I wanted to do another wallpaper for this series. Vector took about a week to finish. Potato was hard to do, I had to vector him a few times to get the right roundness to it, but its perfect now.

Programs used are Illustrator for vector/color and Photoshop for the rest.

The cuteness of this wall cannot be described by words! sweet ;] the vector work looks nice, i especially like the thick solid outline, the background pattern is great too. my only concern is the AIR soft ball ;p namely the way she sits on it - maybe it should have been a cube?

all in all - uber sweetness ;]

I was gonna post on your SZ topic, but I saw afterwards that you already submitted so. here's my comment regarding this wall.

for your wall :D

1. I love , LOVE the stroke and chibiness. usually I hate stroke, but if it's chibi, then it's alright.
2. I would stroke/the black outline/ the ball too.
3. the problem with this wall is the background. you need to make the bg much funner, and cuter like chibis are.

I would try something like a gradiented plus wavy line like what nageni-man did here. http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/wallpapers/nageni/item34649/ or something similar.
