Lmao oohnoos 2 weeks of not wallin XP whell dont worry some people dont even wall for longer periods since there ether stuck with all sorts of work, ore are workin on a freakin huge wallpaper project :P
The wallpaper looks cool, ive always been a fan of magna carta and its artwork. You dont assume lightning + this char, but that would be just me i think. The scan extraction has been done well, good to see youve added shadow to give it some death. Only i see a few small points on this; the feather near his left feet (for the vieuwer right) has a bit of overlay on it. just as the bottom of that feet is still a bit etchy and strange.
The shadows that have been done give it the feeling that he is standing agains a wall ore sompt wich does not really fit the wall. Maybe if you duplicate layer->colour overlay black->place behind->distort/transform/etc and then give the shadow a lying feeling over the symbol ore maybe lying to the front of the wall. (see my eureka7 wall for example on that snowboarddudes shadow)
Text + bg have been done nicely, like the speedblurr on the tekst and the outerglow isnt disturbing. Not much to say bout that
All with all a great job and features some parts to learn from, but im favving it since i think youve earned it and this might be a good step into your learnin process :P damn i start to sound like a sensei. Whell see ya around and keep me informd
