This wall is pretty good overall. you might consider making the background ( everything else other than the patio and the girl ) 3D as well...i was looking at it and it's kind of disorienting. for example i think if the sakuras were a little more 3D like with more shadows and din't look as flat, it would look pretty good. The trunk of the tree as well...maybe more texture to teh trunk instead of a solid-ish brown. but... Good job on the clouds. they look really nicely done...and the grass and the water is nice too. lots of shades, it really gives that "moving" / "breeze-y" look/ feel to it.
