Yeah this is Simca. This was a crappy scan that I uploaded myself, It looks like this;

The quality sucks (That's why I vectored it xD) -you can almost see it's from page 132 though.
Anyway.
I choosed it because I love her expression and the white space behind her is nice. -And because I'm a little Air Gear fan too of course ^-^

I love the simple design, and the screen tone adds a nice manga look to it. Pink letters and the little wings on them is cool too. Can't quite see the heart though.
