A wallpaper dedicated to my favorite series. Darker than Black.
As you can see, this one's about Hei. I might do a Mao or Yin one as well. Not sure about Mao though, the cat was a real bitch to paint -_-

Apart from that it went rather fast.

The face at the left is very creepy. Thank you, many desktop icons! Other than that, a pretty good piece of work you've made there.

This does goes well with a black Vista taskbar at the bottom. Also, centering it works effectively for 1680x1050, for you native resolution people.

The colors are unique and the color is combination is good...not people use this color before so i think its very nice..there is not much to comment..u have a done a good job!

I'm getting a real Cowboy Bebop vibe from this wall. I don't know whether it's the color scheme, the text in the background, the fact that DtB and Bebop are BONES shows, but whatever it is, I like it.

Hope to see more good work like this in the future. AP always needs good walls.

This wallpaper has a nice concept, but the outer glow and lightning effect around Hei are out of place. Remove them, and this will be awesome. :)

This wallpaper could've been from great to excellent if you redid the vector of Hei's face on the left... it's all jaggy and I don't like it at all.

Otherwise, the overall wall is quite good... I like the creativity you have, it could be used quite well in your future walls... keep up the good work!

Aha, that titles the line from the OP song. Clever.

Really nicely designed wall. I like the arc - makes it look like Hei just swung his knife around and it's accenuating that path. The dullish-brown color oddly works, too. Really good job on this one.

I do like the wide-screen aspect and I think that the overall composition is pretty well done (I like things that draw my attention to one part of the drawing and Hei on the right stands out pretty well).
My concern would be that it feels a bit too "Halloween"-y to me, I normally wouldn't comment on the color scheme but it feels as if there's too much orange, even where there's black it has hints of it. In any case, I do like DtB quite a bit and I thought it was overall quite nice (n_n)-b emoticon

Nice job, but it's one thing that bothers me. Hei's (or Li, actually he's more of a Li than a Hei to me ^^) face to the left. The hair looks like a helmet. But that's the one thing i can complain on, everything else is really nice :D
