As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. This one
took me more time then my last one did
i spent about 45-50 minutes working on this one?, Clipping mask are hard to make look right, so yeah that took me about 10 minutes the other minutes was trying to get the effects/lighting/brushing correctly placed and done

I like this wallpaper a lot!

I love his pose and the background just makes it nicer. I like how the effects bring attention to the character. That's how it's supposed to be.

Damn, nice light effects. Very nice wallpaper. Only thing I didn't like was the red stripes around his feet, but I guess they are necessary
