Lol, now that people mention it, Haruhi does look like a monkey XD. You did a good job on the vectoring. I think the color of her skin is kind of dull for a cute wallpaper. And I don't think her eyes should be blurry because your outline is very thick and bold, and in my opinion, blurry and bold don't fit together nicely. I know it was in the screencap, but the cloud/dust is kind of... making the wallpaper messy? Maybe it makes the BG look plainer than it is. Still, it's nice to see a funny wallpaper!
