This wallpaper was made Primarily with a Kanji text
with the text tool for the first quarter then my PC started taking
20 Mins to render 3 character's of text
So I started mirroring text.
Also the finished .jpg was 5 MB so I had to Lower the quality
so that is why some things may look crooked of blurry

Idea
The Idea for this wall comes from my fandom of the laughing Man,
and combining the Laughing Man's Net based existence
with the Matrix(having been influenced by G.i.T.S) showing how far his influence has spread.

The Subtitle (The Laughing Man has You) is reference to the matrix
Subtitle "The Matrix has You" , Again refering to the Laughing Man's Influence.

Character
The Laughing Man Logo, for the main fact that
it is the key net avatar of the Laughing Man
and what spawned his title.
Made from trimmed out text from the background

Background
Is made up of a solid black base and Steel Blue
Kanji Text with code gaps for a little Inconsistency
And opaque background code

Overall this wall chewed up a lot of my PC's 256 MB RAM
just to produce the background
