Wow, thats gross! I guess if that is the effect you intended to get across, you have been more than successful. He appears very evil, thats for sure.

As far as wall quality goes, patterns appear balanced, and the black around his head provides emphasize of the white tongue and the yellow eyes. However, those patterned snakes with what seem to be "X's" across their skin could be softened somewhat to blend in a bit better with the rest of the wall, and not distract so much from the center face.

Anyways, while this wall won't be gracing my desktop, I can certainly admire the impact this image has on the viewer, its quite an eye-opener.
