Ok, now for HOW I made this. This is the original scan that I wanted to use:
http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/Ah-My-Goddess/item155610/
And my goodness...or rather, my Goddess! It took a lot of work to extract and clean up. As you can see, there's a rather large glaring crease down the middle. O__o That had to go, and it took a lot of brushwork and smudging and whatnot to get rid of it. Also, the quality of the scan was rather low...and I couldn't do much about that other than cover it up with texture. So that's what this wallpaper was, a texture-happy wallpaper. I like making my own textures using PS default ones and then brushwork...and that's what I do on all of my wallpapers really. XD So layers and layers, overlays, motion blurs, gaussian blurs, and yeah. I duplicated her Belldandy's layer several times and used different effects on them. I overlayed some different gradients to make her colors, well, more dark and green, too!
Oh, and yeah, those glowing spheres...I got the idea because it looked like there was already one random one on her dress so I went with the idea. They really add to the look of her floating...mysteriously in...space? Well, something like that. She's a goddess; she can do whatever she wants! And as for the title, "Release Me: I'm your goddess, one and only," yeah, I don't know why that came to me, but it did. Keiichi did sorta have to "release" her anyway...release her powers and all. :3
Ok, I guess I'm done rambling on about this. I hope that it looks ok because that scan looked like crap when I started out. ^^;; *hopes and prays it's ok* This took probably a total of 2 hours...well, more than 2 hours. It almost took an hour to extract/clean up, so yeah. Enjoy!

They're so small and cute!
