Hiyo~
Full View PLEASE!!
This will probably one of my last collages I'm going to submit for a bit since my spring break is over and I have to get back to my studies... we'll see though!

If you've seen my other comments about my other two walls, you'll know that I'm still bleh with blending anime images well... so I decided to get back into what I'm more familiar with and use stocks from an "anime" that has textures/colors of real life people.
So... Final Fantasy Advent Children is as close as I'm gonna get as far as AP is concerned

Let's see... to be completely honest, I'm not really a Tifa+Cloud fan, but I thought the scans from here and MiniTokyo were so great, that I'd make good use of the images and put together a little something for those Tifa+Cloud fans.
Scans are: [left image] [center image] [right image]
All of what you see here is essentially layer blends, brushes, textures, and my own personal brushing here and there.
I stuck with a green+blue theme... blue because of Cloud's eyes, and green because it's the color I think of when I think Mako reactors, church flowers, and spring!
A grungy but soft kinda textury feel was what I was aiming for... and for the white fuzzy dots everywhere, I didn't mean for it to end up looking like snow... though I'm sure that'll come to many of your minds when you see it. If you ask me, I like to think of the white flakes as the same glow balls that emit from the Mako reactors in the FF series.
The quote is from the movie of course, I thought it was a touching quote that could best depict how I saw the image in the center...
And... as for struggles... two things come to mind.
A) Cloud's face was difficult to "clean" yet "grunge" without "blurring" it so much that it looks like a dream hit him in the face
B) The resolution - because I had several comments about my resolution size being too small (don't blame my bad monitor... it's 1280x1024 so anything bigger requires me to have to scroll up and down in photoshop)... but yeah, the bigger resolution made my normal use of brushes seem peculiar so I had to mess around with the whole thing quite a bit. (And no I refuse to bend towards creating wide screen versions, you all will just have to suffer)

Anywho, I'm typing an essay again... so enjoy!

How beautiful!! I absolutely love it. You really did a nice collage indeed! I'm ever-so envious!! :3 I love how you cleaned them up. The textures add a nice effect, and it covers up anything that might've been low-quality. I love the colors, too! And the text! T__T This is so wonderful. You deserve more love on this one. *faves* Great job!
