Well, first, I made this wall some time ago, in that time my nik was Hioogami... But whatever i just change the nik to Roukiami and i try to make it looks better.

I use some brushes filters and color overlay for the rasengan and chakra effects.

I really don't know what colors use in this wallpaper, but i tray to use the same color of the normal chakra (blue) with a red contrast.

In the back i use some lines with filters and blures, and the background are just brushes with filters. (Yeah i love the brushes XD... is just... I don't know how to describe better)

I don't know what more say just
