Hi!
ok first thanks for the vector to : MTL *06
at first sight was very difficult to think what to do and to put on this, i wanted to make something different and this is the result (~_~) emoticon

-For the background i scanned one of my notebook sheets hehe, then i started to put grungy brushes around mugen.
-Then i erased the grungy with a rising sun and added another one with a gray color following the track of the erased one.
-Used splash brushes with Mugen´s colors (well there is a green one XD)
-and some crumple on the whole wallpaper so it could fit more with the sheet
i dont know what more to say *im tired.. .(z_z) emoticon

I like how everything is placed around Mugen but I have to say that some colors are a bit off. (tones of green). Furthermore, if I were you, I'd change the vector's blending mode to Darken or Multiply because like that it would seem to be merged with the bg. Also, the vector could use some more details.
Anyway, you did a decent job! My suggestions are here for helping purposes and don't think I am criticizing you. You just can do better! Keep it up. :3

Mugen rulz, the idea of scan a sheet of your notebook surprise me, but i like the finally result, and grunge brushes too.

Everything looks really good...but i still don't really like it cause it seem a little unfinish yet...u can try adding some text or something...u are like just rushing through...but i really like your idea of using the background of a notebook

I liked it because of the idea / concept of being in a notebook-like back ground.

I like the idea of using the note book background but I agree with storm-and-fire about changing the blending of the vector to make it seem it's part of the background. All in all I think it's a lovely wallpaper ^^
