Hey kids, you remember way back before Sailor Moon was the new Moon Princess in town and she got all the press and the funfair, don't you? Of course you do! Way back then, Mina was the one and only, Codename: Sailor V!
Yeah, I didn't remember that either, but I read the manga online a while ago, so I wanted to make a wallpaper about it anyway n_n

Here's the scan I used:


It's for the Script Refinery "Right own To The Letter" wallpaper contest, the qualifications for which require that we make a big/noticeable letter or letters and have the characters in the wallpaper interact with the letters in some way. So, yup, big V, all sparkly and glowing, isn't it pretty *_*

I made the "V" In Illustrator, then brought it over into Photoshop and did a buncha stuff to enhance and color it and all, then put in the scan and made with the extracting and getting Mina to fit in with the V and everything. Next, I put in the shape behind the whole thing and went to work with a bunch of brushes and such. Add the title, and after a bunch of experimentation and trial and error, my wallpaper was done and now I give it to you. Hope ya like it n_n
