This wall happened on a stroke of inspiration, or something like that. I have loved this image for a long time, and suddenly had the idea of having her floating/falling through the sky like in a dream. Here's the details:
1600x1200, 150dpi
Image: I vectored the girl from the artbook scan, source = MiniTokyo.net.
The bg is stock, source = Stock Xchng (http://sxc.hu/) heavily edited by me through painting and smudging.
The rest: This wall has a ton of color adjustments, cloud overlays and one texture that is from DA! Desktop Anime (http://www.clearlypixelated/da/).
There are also two more versions. I couldn't decide whether I wanted the wall to be less or more saturated, so I compromised. The version that I submitted here is the "in-the-middle" version.
