After my last submission here on AP (which took much longer to finish than I anticipated) I decided to go for something less crowded.
Seeing that this year all my submissions are based on Sailor Moon, my last upload for the year will also be a SM wallpaper :).
Before going into the details, I want to wish everyone a wonderful, healthy, and happy Christmas and Holidays.

Now let's get back to the point...

This wallpaper is based on some picture I took from the intro of Sailor Moon - Sailor Stars.

I initially made this exactly how it looks in the above link (with Ami's face on the right and her back in the left part of the wall). Then decided to erase the whole left part and the background and do something that will make some space for icons on the left ( of course, you can flip the image and make some space on the right part if you wish :P )
As I was saying, I erased those parts and then realized that I'll have to reconstruct a good part of the hair and the right hand. After a while of thinking, I decided this will worth the trouble. The original picture shows Ami in motion, so the hair is the main element here that shows the motion. This is where I spent the most part of the time on this wallpaper. I've tried to complete the hair in a way that will fit the character and the motion (I hope you like the results...).
Except for this modifications to the character, I've defined the right ear a little better, added some extra shadows, and a little shine effect to the neck star.
For the background there is nothing really interesting to say... it's inspired from the original picture (except for one or two things). The mercury symbol is manually made to look like the one in the series.
