Ok! this is the first wall I submit to anime paper, so I hope you really like it.
It is about Konata dressed like Miku Hatsune (the vocaloid) I think it's a very cute image and the wallpaper it's really simple, I only used a few actions and some resourses made by myself.
I hope you like it.

Congratulations on your first submission!
Nice texture use and concept~ I especially like how you bordered the left side; it could serve as a guide for positioning icons plus it makes the desktop look more organized :D You didn't lose the essence of Lucky star (yay) because the color choice and pop feel of the wallpaper suits the series. There are some jagged edges on some of the stroke outlines (which you could smooth out) but otherwise it's a great wallpaper.
Keep it up!

Ahh! So cute! I feel like the colors should match up a little bit better, there seems to be quite an array of colors. Try creating a color palette before starting to layout you're design in you're wallpaper.
I feel the same way as what Pagkaing said. I feel like the blue stuff at the bottom is a bit too distracting to the picture and figure of Konata. But overall, you did such a good job at portraying Konata and her personality! Good JOB!

The colors are so cute!!! But the mini picture's color is a bit light in some of them or they should e the other lucky star characters as vocaloids...other than that it's the cutest wall i've ever seen! the font for "lucky star" is okay...but the shine part of it makes is blend and i don't notice it that much

Cute however like stated by SweetKyra the colors of the mini pics are kinda light and kinda weakens the wallpaper in a sense. I like the concept of Konata being a vocaloid, i think she fits it perfectly :P. Good Job on your first wallpaper i hope to see more of your work in the future.

I'm more of a symmetry and well placed levels fan but I can really say it's a fun wallpaper, the colors are nicely chosen and it's really cute, plus I like the Miku costume .(n_n). emoticon
