I found the scan of Temari on:

Temari is a fierce yet graceful kunoichi and does not have many walls in the gallery. I happen to like this scan a bit more than the scan I used in my other two Temari walls, and decided I had to make a wall with this scan.
I made a random abstract-ish background, using colors found in Temari's outfit in hopes to keep a set color theme. The original design idea came from browsing a myriad of random tutorials online.
Added some grunge effects and texturing to the main bg as well to help add an aged/rugged feel to the wall.
EDIT: Since the wind-blast effect was not working, I removed it from Temari.
