Ok i like the colors that you chose for this, but there are a few minor color issues that i want to point out:
1) i think his face is not "gold" enough to fit with how gold the hair looks, and since its a close up i really think you should clean the lines up--make the shadows more saturated, and move towards orange hue
2) the shadows in his hair arent dark enough and his hair colors should be more red in the color balance--would make it look richer to match the depth that his clothing gives off
3) the line art on his eyes and his collar lining need to be richer + deeper. i would suggest a more red, and darker color for his both his eyes and the collar lining.

aside from the color issues, i think some parts of his clothing look a bit boxy >_> and his eyebrows do bother me a bit: they are bulky?

but nonetheless i quite like it >D
