Oookay! So it's been almost THREE YEARS since I've posted, or even done a wallpaper at all - I guess that's what having to do homework does to a person. aha, oh well.
Maybe I'll start being creative again.

There's not much of a back story to this one. I've just been hooked on One Piece lately and wanted to do one with Luffy. I wanted to capture his excitement that goes with the scan I chose. So, to do that, I went with a yellow colour scheme, since it's a bright and cheery colour. Since he's in a jumping pose, I wanted to instill some movement; so I made everything on the right side kind of angle toward the direction he's jumping at. I also added some spattering below Luffy to integrate him more into the background and make it look like he's jumping up out of a puddle of sorts. The map seemed to fit in there too since he's a pirate and travels around the world and whatnot. As for the logo, originally I thought of making that a larger focal point in the wall; so I ended up vectoring the whole thing since I couldn't find a large enough logo to my liking. It turned out that it wasn't going to be as large as I thought, so it was kinda sad having to shrink the pretty, large vector. But that's okay, I'll probably use it another time. Long story short, a bunch of layer and textures and brushes later - here is it!
I guess this was a bit of a warm-up wall for me, since it's been so long. But I hope you all like it as much as I had fun experimenting with it!
EDIT: I made it better... enjoy!
