Usually, even the prettiest walls here don't have a message, but at least they had a clear cut goal and knowledge as to what they were going for. Here, where are you? The vectors were extremely downgraded and you did little more than add some paintbrushes here and there. I see a bad vector (which the origional was very good) and green. Yes, Ulquiora looks good in green. But no, he is not an environmentalist. You used too much green here, and trashed the vectors to boot.
Next time, don't just wake up one morning and say "I want to make a wallpaper today". Plan. Have a vision of what you want to depict. That's the whole point of a wall. If you're lucky, you'll have inspiration and have a message in your next wall. But that's already hard enough (you rarely find anything like such these days) so just try to get a basic and solid idea first before you do anything.
And for little Italy's sake! The vectors!
