Hey guys,

Been about two months since I submitted my last wallpaper, time's really passing by once it's summer.

Anyways I was in the mood to make a vexel this weekend so I chose a song and a scan and got to work. The scan is from the Black Rock Shooter gallery, I really like her character design. The song I chose is "Supermassive Black Hole" by Muse. The lyrics don't quite match the scan but I still think the atmosphere fits + I could listen to this song over and over.
I think I'm getting the hang of vexelling, I didn't feel like I had to smudge parts when I made this. At first I wanted to add a black hole to the background but there's already a lot of black in the scan so instead I created this weird blue moon. I liked the cross from the original scan so I decided to vector it along and added some more crosses for the background. The texture was taken from Bashcorpo, I think it adds a nice, messy touch and some balance because the vexel was too clean on it's own. The fonts I used are You Are Loved and Birth of a Hero from Dafont.

I don't think there's more to say. I hope I'll finish my next wall a little sooner, enjoy this one for now.

Edit:
I tried to improve the wall according to the advise I got from Vita. The most notable change is probably the new signature.
