As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. How to sum this wall up...
ummm...the idea was to use chains.
so i did.
pretty much an abstract gruge kind of thing. far from my best work, but i wanted to keep the concept light and simple since those tend to go over best anyways.
simple grunge of ritsuka from loveless. comment, critique. probably won't change anything since it's not a big project.

EDIT: yes tate, i AM a lazy bum. fastest wall i ever made xD

I love what you did with the background. The chains theme always suits Loveless very well, considering it's about bonds and chains...and chains...and bondage? o____o!

Personally I feel that if the entire wallpaper was in greyscale, it would be nicer, but that's just me.

A lot of times adding words into a wallpaper makes the words seem out of place but in this wallpaper the text fits in really well with the theme of the wallpaper and also the series. you had a great use of grundge and darkness so that it's not completely overwhelmed by darkness. really great wallpaper i am moved.
