When I first saw the scan, I just knew I had to wall it. Extracting and cleaning took most of the time [since I am such a lazy animal who hates cleaning and/ or vectoring], the creation part went relatively smoothly, although most of the time I had no idea what I wanted to do XD.
The general color was a sepia/parchment... And then I brought the wallpaper home. Here it looks more like lime/greenish. Scary monitor settings. It's set on cooling colors. So, if most of you will say that the wallpaper looks too yellowish-green, instead of my intended color, I'm willing to make a few color tweaks and re-upload it, if you want :P
The flowers are a brush that I made, the clouds are from various Naruto images, the layers were too many to count... The vertical lines on the characters are NOT scan lines or other artefacts. It's a texture, because I liked how it added an 'old' feeling.
Comments are, as always, most welcome.
P.S: respect for all the vector gurus. I did not have the courage to even attempt to vector the image ^^`

I love the textured, aged paper effect, and all the little details - like the leaf symbol in the top left. Like I said, lovely.
