As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. At last!my internet connection resumed.
I made this while my connection was down so this took me almost 4 hours to vector.all are fully vectored.I played the eyes using burn and dodged tool(my first tyme to do it)
I hope you liked it!

OH my gosh!! This is simply beautiful!!
I really like the eyes. It's like they are piercing through my body.
And they go very well with the gray-ish background and the black darkness surrounding Ichigo.

His mask in the scar is sharp and horrible. Combination of black and white in the wallpaper is very cold and clear.

I think the font of the text isn't so good,though...maybe you should try a bolder one,and blur it a bit?this way it's too sharp...

Is a good wallpaper, they are not many good closeup. But I think you should decide to make sharp or a bit blurred everything. But combine them is just weird. (woot for sharp)

Hmmm, the main thing that I noticed was that his face looks squished. I've seen the screenshot where this came from and a hollow-colorization of it around the net, so the distortion is distracting to me.
