After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

I really love this wall!
The concept?Well i wanted it to look like it has motion in it and the girl is going to hit something or as the title states "Cleanse" someone with the power of her sword.
Imaginative?Maybe:P

I took the scan from here and cleaned it.
The BG is made based on a tutorial i found somewhere i dont remember...:P
I used my vectorbrushes to make the character more eye-catching!

Hours:about 4(ideas didnt come easily this time...)
Layers:10(many merged layers...)
Program:Photoshop

I was gonna submit a simplier version but then the briliant idea came of adding the vectorbrush behind the scan:)

I think you need to start making your patterns more consistent. Instead of randomly put on. Also if you notice with some of my walls, you should start to stick with basic fonts, like arial or times new roman. It seems dule but if you use them correctly it gives a nicer look. I think the line effect is kinda too much also.

Hi there..
oh those vectors behind the scan look good... this blends much better than your first version... anyway there are some little issues that might need some change..
For example.. the extraction needs some more work cause her hand on the right side looks a bit strange.. And the effect on the bg looks a little to much for me... maybe making the effect a little more soften could look nicer...
And another font will give the wall a more interesting look... I don't like much the arrows.. but the vectorbrushes behind the scan are really good.. you know what vectors to pick ;) good taste on that

I just realized how much this wall is contradicting itself... she is a Priest, also she carries a Nazi thang...
well... whatever. Too much brushes at the side actually. I do hope you remember what I told you on the fact that vectorbrush wallpapers should be more focused, try not to use too many colors, find the right choice of two maybe 3 atmost colors and match only to focus the character's colors as well.

This way, you can ensure a better wallpaper.

I like the vector brushes behind her but the ones surrounding her not so much. I think it loses the focus on the scan which is the main thing to look at. The vector brushes behind her really draws in attention which is good but the white brushes makes the background looked disordered. The font could blend in a bit better and better placement but I think the font type you use is fine. Your extraction is pretty good, nice and clean.

Hmm...I like the concept-you did a wonderful job capturing the sorrow, like you were hoping to. The brushes are fitting, and all in all it's very well made. Something about it just bugs me...I don't know what. I think it's just the scan, now that I look at it again. I don't like the way the character is drawn. But really, everything you did was great!

Nice wall dear!

I love the colors. And they are all matching so nicely.
The only thing that botters me a bit about colors is that your wall seems really dark cause of the background's brushes behind the character. But they are a nice add too... Maybe make them a bit lighter? I don't really know... Just an idea ^_^

I see you used your military brushes again. They are nice to fill up void space. Also a good idea! ;)

But for the motion I would have add lines with more focus on the character. More like sun rays going out of the character... See what I mean?

Anyway a very nice attempt again! :)
