There are wallpaper techniques that were forgotten long ago...
One of the most powerful technique is C4D for sure.
This wallpaper uses the C4D (Cinema 4D) technique to create a nice overall flow.
I reall enjoyed making this wallpaper, mainly becouse you have so many different options on how to manipulate the render etc, while using C4D.
A bit tricky was the shining blade, mainly becouse I had to remove the noise of the lens flare in a different way as just using the noise filter in Photoshop. The aura around saber was created using different brushes to create a nice flow with the render. After that, I applied a colorbalance to give the wallpaper a "warm" color.
Fate/stay night is a series/game that everyone should have played/watched once :).
Render used: http://vegam.ve.funpic.de/GFX/1a195b1b9c.png all credits for this render go to Mr.V a.k.a Scorpio.
So long, till my next wallpaper
