i think i like the full desaturated version better
it emphasize the effects more
as to the current version draw attention towards the red
but there's a vast amount of red which also diverts attention
i do like the red in the text though

disagree with kuryuki, the red makes the wall look more alive, i see you updated the wall but its still the original with more red, kind of liked it better that way. although i think there needs to be more white on the vector since it looks a bit dim for the rest of the bg and i think thats why it loses some of the focus
theres also a bit too much airbrushing/gradients whatever that make the vector look cloudy, maybe thats just not my style
and im reallyyyyyy mising the wings from this scan. i know they are a pain but its what made the scan look so intriguing and beautiful

I like the one with red better, since the full desaturated version is kinda boring in my opinion. :) I also agree with Vita on the wings. The fading out effect is nice though.
