I have spent the past 3 weeks fine tuning this wallpaper to its maximum. Background a composite, feathers taken from the ED2 of Gundam 00, and the Logo is from the OP1. I used the burn tool and many others to have the images match the background. I hope you are as satisfied as i am with this vector. I would like to thank FallenSamurai for the chance to use his scan and SagaroTenshi sensei, my senpai, for his commentaries and ideas.

First of all, sorry to be rude if i am.
the bg is absurd
there's too many texts
the feather's glow is too vivid, and the size seems to be uniform.
the logo is disturbing
and whatever thingy that is on her hand is really out of the wall.
but i admire the scan

Fayt19, thanks for the critics and here are my responses: the bg is like that because of all the space images i have seen in animations, Gundam 00 gave the most vivid and realistic view. The text determines the mood of the vector as something that Setsuna might see. The feathers seem uniform, of course they would. If you plucked the feathers of a bird, the only differing sizes would be the body, wing, and tail feathers but this was the only one, along with it being vivid, that fit the scheme. The logo is like that because the characters have taken the worst beating in the history of gundam. The orb around her hand and the bird made of GN particles represent the hope that Setsuna is looking for.

The background is looking interesting, the colors and patterns looks nice. The character is looking good, she fits to the background well, though those feathers doesn't fit there well. The text is good, though there's a bit much of it and with big font as well. Nice wallpaper.

I think this wallpaper has a good concept and I like the background, but the uniformity in both the shape and distribution of the GN particle feathers look very unnatural. Had there been only the GN bird in Marina's hands or if that had been substituted with a feather it wouldn't look quite so awkward.
The other thing I want to point out is the text. The text on the right is centered in it's space but the one on the left isn't and it makes things look unbalanced. If both were centered the piece would have a more coherent look to it.

i see you use the philosophy of the anime in this wall. but i want you to know that not everyone watch Gundam00. Not everyone understand what you want to say by this wall. As for that orb and all, only you and the watchers of Gundam00 could understand and not everyone. A good wall is a wall that is understood by the viewers. You make the wall not only for your own, are you? that's why you post it here.
as for the feathers i critisized, it's not from the matter of which source it would be, but it's in a perspective view. we're not talking about the source of the feathers and i bet nobody would care about that. it seems odd because it didn't seem to have any perspective and made the wallpaper look flat, moreover the feathers made a some kind of pyramid pattern and it looks funny to the 'serious' aura you brought here. And as for the logo, you can count walls which has the logo of the anime here since logos are oftenly disturbing, but not in case if you put it in a right way.
for as your words "i pity you for not understand the meaning" (i referred this to the feathers, correct?), i told you that not everyone watch Gundam00 so stop being selfish with your own philosophy. You doesn't seem to let anyone criticize your work. You should put that ego aside or else no one would comment on your wall anymore. That's why we comment here, to help you develop.

Let me make this clear, i made this wallpaper for those that enjoyed Gundam 00. This is my attempt to give back to the guys who actually did a Gundam 00 wallpaper and to give an abandoned scan a worthy vector. This wall is to all who loved the first season of 00. I had never really watched Gundam before, but like when i saw a picture of this girl a while back it made me start watching gundam,,, so i love this wallpaper

I think the feather effects are really lack of "natural" looking, basically it's not blending into the image well...
Background ...it's okay, the colour theme fits the idea.

The background doesn't hold any special qualities in it. I was attracted to the feathers and Marina here. First of all, the vector work is nice. It may be a little edgy, but it's still neat. The feathers are amazing here. The effects and the placement blend in well. Good job. Marina looks like a goddess here.
