J-pop: Japanese Pop (Popular) Music

Being considered a j-pop queen is when a singer's voice is the best in her genre, has mastered her craft, and has changed how j-pop is going. The singer can be from a band or has yet to leave the band, but has primaryvocal standing in the group. Also, this singer will be a j-pop queen in our eyes regardless of oricon charts and sales in either Japan, US, or any country. Being considered a j-pop queen is when the artist can affect a listener with her voice and her lyrics. Here are some examples of J-pop's finest lyrically & vocally:
