People and situations talk.
This is a light and diet talking. I’m saying this because this is cafe club not College, so let’s talk like we usually do among our friends.
So, this is about people and situations. I would like to share some experiences and know what you, my dear friends, have to say. Of course any of you may tell us a situation of your, and we will surely say to you what we think about it.
Considering I’m very tired at the moment, I will post tomorrow what happened to me last month. It is about a girl and it is also about saying “good morning”.
Thanks.
See you tomorrow

I met a girl at work. She is not exactly beautiful; she is normal, average beauty, straight brown hair, and very elegant. At the first time I looked at her, I felt nervousness because her way to be, to gesticulate, smile and walk fascinates me. You could say I’m in love, but it would be love at first sight.
After a few days, I discover she tend to be antisocial and without humor, at least with he colleagues. She is the type who venerates her boss and don’t care about his work mates. Anyway, I feelings simply disappeared when I saw her acting like this. There is no point of ignoring people who work with you; it is toxic for the work environment.
The problem is that I began trying to approximate myself to her. My truly intention was to make friendship. At a multinational company, the more friends you get, the more you get known. Getting to know is an important thing to me, I deal with customers and auditors and I need friends to help solve problems.
Anyway, when I saw her I usually said “hello, good morning”. She usually said hello but she began to ignoring me, with no reason at all. When I tried to apologize with her for saying hello every morning (because she might think I was trying to be annoying or getting her attention), she didn’t even listen to me. She gave me her back and continued walking.
Why are there people with such strange attitudes in our world?
Moreover, I became friend of everyone who works with her, but she continues to ignore me. This is a really strange situation.
So, have you guys ever lived such strange situations?

maybe that's her way of being noticed, sounds like everyone knows who she is because of the way she acts. Or have you considered that maybe she simply wants to be left alone, there are, after all, people like that in this world, people who have yet to find something that interest them enough to make an effort and invest time forming a social connection to someone.
or she simply might not be a nice person at all.
Kimi"Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn. " --Alfred Pennyworth, from The Dark Knight

Indeed, I made some research and people who know her and work with her said she is like that, as if her feet never touch the ground.

That’s interesting because with certain people she wants indeed to be left alone, but others (with some power), she is attracted to.
This is an emerging pattern of hers, something she is concentrated to do but forgetting that what really matters is people around her, people who make things happen.
kimior she simply might not be a nice person at all.
Oh yes, she is not nice, she is extremely professional, like a robot. She even eats like robots do, if robots could do it.
you know like people who turn into "no nonesense" mode when they work...
Well, there are alot of explanations about her behaviour, maybe she has a boyfriend and she is afraid that he thinks she is in love with another guy.. Or anotha expectation that she wants to reach a specific status then starts to make friends ? Or she probably tends to b serious at work..
Or just like what "kimi872" said ?
Anyways, i rly hope that i helped even if a lil ^^"
I have never met such a person before but I'm more like her type myself. I tend to get tired of getting around people at my office and class so I prefer to be a quiet person (or some might call me antisocial) but if there're people who really want to share their feelings, I'd be glad to listen to them and this only for those who can stand me for being honest. For those who can't, then I'll take my distance. It's better than hurting them more, isn't it?
I don't really know the reason behind her madness but still, I think she might be a similar species as me or just the type that puts herself into her job or perhaps, she is the type that takes her working companions as rivals in her career. Well, who knows?
After all, the strangest creatures in this world is human beings. That's what I think.
breeziebut if there're people who really want to share their feelings, I'd be glad to listen to them and this only for those who can stand me for being honest.
That’s the real purpose about making friendship, at least for me. Human beings are made of feelings, life is about sharing experiences, so if you do not do this or do not share anything, you are denying the main reason you are alive, the main reason that makes you a Human Being.
Honestly, those who don’t like to feel anything maybe should have been born butterflies.
For me, whenever there was a project at school that needed groups, or just a little assignment, I'd always want to work alone. So I guess I can understand her for that. I felt that that way I'd get things done faster and I'd be in control of whatever my grade would turn out to be. (She's probably doing the same so that whatever the outcome will be, she knows that she's put as much effort as she could into things and that it wasn't with help. Almost like wanting to hear from the boss, "Good job, you did great!", not just "Good job, you all did great!") I was never antisocial though, for everything else it would be a much different story. Maybe she'd rather talk outside of the work-space. You could try asking her and a few other co-workers to a restaurant, then see what she has to say.

super-eliteAt my school im rly anti-social when it comes to idiots there -_- but there are some good people there that I can get along with, but im just flat out shy around almost everyone.
Agreed fully because I am shy too. I have been working on this but you can never change completely.
Idiots? Yes, what can we do? I prefer to ignore them, but sometimes one needs help with something. I think helping is good for the spirit; of course it has a limit.
Well, that hasn't happened to me before. Actually, if I've met someone like that girl I'll not talk to her at work; 'cause I think she's from that kind who are serious at working. As for her behavior toward the boss; she might want to be the best employee in the team and she maybe don't want to blah blah at work time, and I think that isn't strange in people's behaviors.
I don't know how to analyze people's personalities but I think she's naturally antisocial. Or, she don't like making friends for some reasons she own. However, try to talk to her after the work. I believe it's not easy to make new relationships especially when you meet new people 'cause you first should know their personalities before starting the serious relationship that's all.
