I think the real truth of the matter is the fear of denial. The truth is some people are so entangled in their feelings that just being near the person they like, they start to sweat...feel their heart start to pound on their chest, feel light headed...ect. These kinds of emontional reations start to make a person feel afraid or even foolish about their reactions and the idea that telling the person the truth can make them unsure of their love's reaction.

The whole fear of rejection the "WHAT IF..." questions. All of these can make a person back off.

However, I will agree that getting it out will inform the person how you feel or let them know that you like them as well.

I even had an experence something like this, except I wasn't the one letting out my feelings.

Yeah I know what you mean Night. I had the same feelings. I just kept everything in and didnt say anything. I was pretty hard though to see that person everyday in school.

Yeah I know that the only thing that im doing is hurting myself. But I made the right choice though. I relized that I only liked her for her looks not her personality. When I got to know her even more it turned out that me and her didnt have much in common. She listens to rap and hip hop while I listen to rock/techno/jpop. She thinks that anime is for kids and its dumb. So I decided I should actually look for someone that has more things in common with me instead of looking for beauty. Thats when i found my gf. She listens to almost the same type of music I listen to. She reads mangas and watch anime. Her favorite color is purple and that is my second favorite color. So i decided to give her a shot and what do you know its working out for me and her.

Yep I hope that we are also ment to be. So far its seems that why and I hope that what me and her has will never change.

I hope I didn't get you guys mixed up on the feelings. I wasn't the one with the crush on my last relationship. I was... well let's call him John... he had the feelings for me. I only saw him as a friend. ... this is tough to talk about it...

But everything turned out ok, so I guess it's all right to talk about it.

The day he told me that he like me was in front of my friends at lunch. He was well dressed... I mean realy well dressed: like bussiness casual. Anyway he came towards me while I was eating a sandwich... I will admit I wasn't exactly ladylike because there was extra mustard coming from my sandwich.. Then he went down on one knee and confessed all his feelings towards me and handed me a locket with matching earings and asked me to be his girlfriend.

I didn't know what to do at that moment! Talk about verous reck!

Long story short I decided to give it a try and it turns out we were better off as friends. It's just what happened after the "break up" that worried me. It seems that John couldn't stick to anyone and I wasn't sure that his future with other women would have been bright.

(KopyKat) Yep its full of mysteries alrite. You never know when it might take a turn for the worse or it just goes crazy.

(Night) Wow you must have felt pretty embarrased cause it was lunch time and Im sure that everyone was around you just looking to see what was going on. Well at least you two gave it a shot. You dont know what will happen until you give it a shot.

Well that's not the way i look at it, to me it's like when you ask them like what happened to Night that makes you feel that they will not take no for an answer and that they are not going to back down so easyly and that makes you feel that they truely care about you^^

People have different pint of view and they should speak them out loud, it's better to speak your mind, it builds up your personality and characteristics makes you a stronger person.
