continue the anime of berserk!
We are all sad because berserk is only 26 eps,but what if kentarou miura came to you and asked you to give him some ideas for his new anime of berserk what you gonna tell him ?
for me :
1-i want from you to make the colours a bit better.
2-i want from you to make your eps weekly.
3-most inportant thing... never stop again like what you did on ep 26 !!! and never take a vecation again !!

Well.....
1) Added some more Blood Shed. (I like blood shed) lol ^_^
2) He should make farnese fight some fights sometimes. (we can't let the guys have all the fun, now can we.) ^_^

The series had far too many stills were it should have some kick-ass animation, especially in battles. The animation was not good either. It was not what the manga deserved >.<

Well then again the anime was made in 1997 it's been 10 years now so they should have more than enough story released in the manga for a second season, i think they'll most likely improve the animation and not stop in volume 13 of the manga like they did like pakk mentioned. While i do think the manga i better than the anime, i think the anime was good on focusing on Guts (who by the way kicks ass) it was a good interpretation of the manga Imo.
I'm all for the continuation of this. Seriously, if they cleaned up the animation a bit and used more original stuff rather than recycling the same frames 100 times over they could have another classic on their hands.

Yeah thats definitely true :) The first anime was already such a classic it'd would probably be even better a second timer around
He should rethink the whole anime series and stick true to the book, the anime could not compare to the manga even the slightest
Thats true i found it hard to like anime as much as the manga but you can't deny that the anime was still very good

As much as i want to see the continuation of Berserk after the eclipse in anime form, i dont think it is going to happen... Berserk is uncensored and it deals with alot of situations that might deem too inappropriate to be aired on TV... The only reason Berserk was able to air 1-26 was because they cut out certain "inappropriate scenes" which did not effect the story telling too much... however, for those who have read the manga for all of its glory, will understand you cannot cut these gory and rape scenes without affecting the story after the eclipse.
However, if they were to make a continuation of the anime, i would like to see it done scene for scene from the manga... keep the mood dark, and be able to stir up certain moods with creepy, but awesome, music (the original Berserk anime actually had music that fit its story)

I thought there were only 25 episodes. truthfully, i hadn't read the manga when watching the show. towards the end i was wondering how they were going to wrap things up. then the eclipse scene happened. yeah...
berserk is violent, gory, bloody, dark, theme-driven and probably unsuitable for most audiences. many of the scenes such as the large orgies, trolls raping humans and the like, wouldn't have made it on tv. the adaptation took out those useless scenes and stuck to the main plot and focused on the relationships between vital characters that ultimately fell apart.
do a hellsing ultimate. new series, new angle, new budget with modern animation team. but i like the old version and studios have a habit of ruining adaptations. these are merely my thoughts.

Berserk's anime...it draw suit it, i mean imagine if berserk's anime's draw was like onepiece's draw...it wouldn't be suitable, because onepiece's draw kinda childish, doesn't fit an anime with all this blood shed. what i mean that's we can note that huge diffrent in draw between the manga and the anime, the manga's draw was very detailed, i know that the drawer might improved with the time but many events has been showed in the manga and didn't show in the anime.
Well I really wish that the anime continue the storyline but there's just one problem, I don't know if you guys noticed but, there are scenes where the skull knight appear before the eclipse and they took it out of the anime, so if they continue the anime they have to add the skull knight cause his role in the story is very important and if they do, the ones that hadn't seen the manga wouldn't know who the heck the skull knight is, but then again, they can put a flashback were Gatts remembers who the skull knight is, now that I remember he appears only in one episode, where he gives Gatts a new sword when he's fighting a strong guy in the anime, not quite sure what episode is that but anyway, my point is, that even if they do continue the anime, they still have to take a lot of things off, since they are very strong for TV, I really wish they come with an idea to eliminate that.
