She sent the bottle afloat in the ocean and hoped it would reach them where ever he(Sora) is. Her faith sent it to him. After they read it it opened the door to light so I assume it traveled through the light realm.
About the Keyblades: You can't tell me where they are located on the Oblivian and Oathkeeper then you don't really know what symbols they are or even if they are on the keyblade at all. They are actually quite odvious when you look at them close enough. Go find pictures of keyblades, you'll see the symbols I'm talking about ^_~.
