Chapter 1 - Devil Inside the Ginzuishou?

……………Many years ago…

Eons prior to the Sliver Millennium……

The Ginzuishou was not a crystal with immense power, it was not a crystal revered and loathed by some. Via this poem, you’ll understand what caused the Ginzuishou to change what it has become.

Many years ago
There of a lady of great pride
A lady of great standing
A lady that had much to hide
She ruled the moon
With grace and ease
Until a war befell it
The lady was a sweet queen
A heart as big as the moon she governed
She wished for all to have peace and love
Although some wanted destruction and blood
As the moon was being taken
And the darkness swelled over the land
The lady lacked power in her present form
She closed her eyes and concentrated her power
She mustered everything within her very last hours
She said a phrase, a phrase never known to man
The lady disappeared and only one thing lied in the sand
A crystal of pure brilliance
A crystal of pure light
The crystal of great power
If you should see the crystal up close
Despite the cut, color, and clarity
You’ll see a spirit of a woman
A woman named Queen Maboroshi



It was a dark and rainy afternoon; Usagi lied down her bed to see Luna had stepped out with her friend and partner, Artemis. Since Chibi-usa was gone and the Sailor Wars were gone, Eternal Sailor Moon apparently was on a slight hiatus or vacation as she liked to call it. After that, it seemed the world was indeed at peace except with the occasional fights and politicians abound. Usagi turned to see her picture with her and Mamoru wearing their formal wear; it was a gala that he had invited her to. Although her life was at peace and things appeared to be the same, she felt as though something was not right. It was certainly not the peace, the peace was well welcomed, the Senshi indeed needed a break but their was something that gnawed away at her for some time. Usagi sat up and took out her photo albums and gazed at the pictures she took over the years. There was one picture that she failed to notice, it was a picture of her best non-senshi friend, Naru Osaka.

Hours had flown past, it was now the dead of night. The Tsukino family was asleep and naturally Usagi was sprawled all over the bed with Luna barely sleeping on the bed itself. Usagi was fast asleep with a slight snore, her hair taken out of its usual hairstyle. The night was clear and the moon just happened to be full.

The moon kingdom had been long gone, but although it had been many years, the palace was still somewhat stable in some places. The very top of it, a crescent moon statue glistened by a reflection it had seen. This crescent moon statue glowed softly and this glow traveled to the earth and though blending with the moonlight shined atop of the Eternal Moon Compact. The compact’s latch opened to reveal the crystal within it and a voice was heard quietly…

“MABOROSHI MOON, MAKE-UP!”

Sweet!! I'M SO GLAD YOU FINALLY GOT IT STARTED. Oh, an august.. I will be getting to work on that other story between you and me when I finally get an s key for my laptop. But even so, I'm still finishing up the "story" for the contest here. Sorry, I've fallin behind.

I'll write more soon...still have lots to do with college. Plus, my laptop was down and my PC was having troubles and I was on spring break...but sickly.

It might be put on hiatus because i have papers to write for classes. Also, i can't remember what i wanted to do with it...bah.
