Hello all, my name's ---L---, but you can just call me L. I created this place as a place to discuss current events, go crazy, revel in your Ninja, Pirate, or Ninja-Pirateness! I want you to have fun but first we need a few grouund rules:
1. No cybering! A little cuddling and kissing is fine, but please keep the heavier stuff in the PMs if you're going to do it at all.

2. No spamming! We here at the NPA encourage roleplaying, romancing, crazyness, serious discussion, bump threads (to an extent), and the like, but please do not post a topic just because you feel like it! We'll only allow a certain number of bumping threads, but other than that you're free to post what you wish.

3. No ongoing flaming! A few snark remarks and such is bound to happen, but no topics dedicated to hating a specific person! If you want to continue flaming each other, keep it to PMs.

4 Enjoy yourself! We here at the NPA encourage randomness, seriousness, crazyness, romance...ynes..., bumpiness, and other such things!
