No that's from the 4th movie, The Naruto shippuuden movie, and apparently Naruto dies in it, but like what happened to Gaara, i think that someone will bring Naruto back to life, you'll see.

Yes they do, there's going to be blood, you'll just have to wait for the episodes to be out 
The movie is already out in Japan I think, but I don't know when it's going to be released in theaters in USA, so we'll just have to wait as usual
