Ok, if you read my introduction then you already know that I've played a lot of what's out there and on practically every system ever made. So I want to know if anyone has a favorite console; one with games that you never get tired of playing. For me the console I love the most is the old SNES (Super Nintendo). I think a lot of the games that were made for this system are really unique and it has some great classics like Chrono Trigger and Zelda: Link to the Past.
Mine is the ps2 because it has the psx play on it and alot of the games are trend seting with its greatness. My fav. games woude have to be the advanced wars series for the gameboy, mgs1, skoden 3, jet grind radio, and chrono cross.
I guess mine would be the Xbox since I wasted many hours of my life playing Phantasy Star Online. Then again I do love my old PLayStation just because of FFIX.

Right now, wii because its the most innovative. but in the future it will be ps3. blu ray is the media of the future and it just has so much more power than the 360. i just cant wait till it gets a decent library of games...

I would love to say any Nintendo system, but unfortunately I can't.
My favorite console would have to be the playstation 2. Mainly because it has all my favorite role playing games. For example, all of the Shin Megami Tensei games on it, and Final Fantasy X.

It seems that everybody loves their playstations. I have to admit that I love my PS2 as well, but I just can't help but to go back and replay some of my old favorites and the old classics.
SNES!! snes games still rule the world and will always do xD or maybe a WII, if i'll ever get one.. ;3;
The best console for me now is the ps3 because of its high definition graphics and great resolution (if you have an HD TV that is) and also the graphics are great!
But my current favorite is the ps2 because of the great games to play and future games to be hoped for

I used to be in love with PS2 and PSP. They are great consoles! But currently I am into my Wii hype!!

My favorite consoles are the PS2 and NDS. I used to be a big Nintendo gal, but I since then discovered the PS generation. I've got a PS3 too, but I haven't really played it too much yet. I guess I'm just waiting for FFXi and KH3 to really get into it. I love the Nintendo DS too, if not just for RPGs. My favorite DS games are Phoenix Wright, Hotel Dusk Rm. 215, Trace Memory, and many more. My favorite PS2 games are Kingdom Hearts II and Final Fantasy X. I've got a Wii too, and my favorite game on that is Trauma Center.

In my humble opinion a gamer never truly cares about graphics. SNES all the way! Has some of the greatest RPG's ever. Secret of Mana/Evermore, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 6 (3 in America), Super Mario RPG, E.V.O., Zelda: A Link to the Past, and so many more...
My favorite thing to play on is my computer, because if you want to play a certain game say tomb raider, you can hook up a ps2 controller, or gears of war, you can just hook up a microsoft xbox controller all through this little usb adapter. but as far as an actual console, I would have to say xbox 360 just because there is barely any waiting or loading time, and i was addicted to ninja gaiden for a while so that is also why :P.

PS2, has the best selection of games so far.
Besides, it's the only one I have right now.
