All the SMT games add a lot of Secrets so this will be the perfect place to talk about it ^_^
Persona 3: Secret Boss
That's Right, this game had a Secret Boss too and is really hard ^_^
The only thing you must do is complete all the ELIZABETH'S REQUEST and the last Request (No. 55 Defeat the Ultimate Opponent) will be the Request to Fight agains the Secret Boss ^_^
By the way this request will be only available after you complete the game at least one time ^_^

I don't know if it’s secret items, but in the Monad you can find 2h sword Apocalypse its atk is 295 (if I’m not mistaken) But it gives +10 to all characteristics...And the other one is Pandemonium (gun) its atk is 400, but I don't remember if it has something special...

Has anyone beaten Elizabeth yet? I tried twice and got my butt kicked(I even had personas with resistant) so word of advice, if you face her make sure you have the Empress max out and you have Alitat heart item(which lets you take half damage)

Digital Devil Saga 1: Secret Boss
First you must finish the game at least one time and replaying the game from a New Cycle.
After reaching the Topmost Floor of the Karma Temple return to Anahara, Warp to the Citadel 1 Large Karma Terminal (save your game ^_^) then go down the ladder to the poison gas maze on B1. At the entrance to one of the small side rooms down you will get the standard boss warning and when you go through it you will find yourself thrown into battle with one of the strongest boss in the RPG history, The Demi-Fiend Hitoshura (The main character from the game SMT: Nocturne)
First you must finish the game at least one time and replaying the game from a New Cycle.

Dementia you were talking about Alitat heart? But what is this item? I didn't meet it...
The other thing is that in Tanaka's shop near the end of game there are 4 so called salvation bangles, but its impossible to get them (I tried for 4 times)... Maybe someone were lucky?

A heart item is a item that your Persona gives you when you max out there skills..Your persona(might have) a heart besides it when you fuse it.
Salvation Bangles? is the first time I listen about that items...... I think i had to check tanaka's shop more often ^_^

Nocturne: Something very interesting...
In the Fifth Kalpa in the Floor B4 there is one door which talk about "An old friend" well if you had the Pixie from the beginning of the game (or evolution) she can enter this door and she will get a massive power-up and be turned into a Level 80 Pixie with a 30 in all stats and new and improve skills like Megidoraon, Mediarahan, Samarecarm and Withstand °_°
