Whee finally a new topic for the group. xD This topic is for discussion on this anime. Here's a short summary of it:

Michiru Kita is a special girl who possesses Shinigami Eyes, which allows her to see a dark ring around a person's neck. This ring symbolizes the person's impending death; once they are marked to die, a gray line, which is invisible to normal people, appears on their neck, and once the ring turns completely black, the person dies. Chika Akatsuki and Shito Tachibana, two boys in her class, both have black rings around their necks, but to her surprise, they are not yet dead. It is revealed that after a tragic accident that was supposed to kill them both, the two boys made a deal with a secret loan office called the Zombie-Loan. In return for keeping them alive, the two have to hunt zombies for the loan office. When Michiru gets involved with them, she finds that her life has just become more complicated.

Ok well episode 11 just came out today, and apparently it's the final episode! O_O Why is it so short? I thought it would be longer like 24 episodes or something. Dang they sure killed it off fast. I have'nt seen the last episode yet, but according to some blogs that i've visited, the ending is rather disappointing. ;__; However i've heard that there may be a 12th episode or maybe even a 2nd season to the anime. But im still unsure on this. Anyone have any news on this? Oh and the story is also continued in the manga. So for those who liked Zombie Loan, go check out the manga. I know i will because the anime just ain't enough for me. >_>

Yeah, I agree with you, 11 episodes is pretty short for a great manga like zombie loan . It was great, tough the anime art isn't as pretty as peach pit's art.

We need a second season!! >_<

Yeah i agree the artwork here is nice, but i still prefer the manga version a lot better. A 2nd season to the anime would be great. 11 episodes is just way too short. Probably the shortest anime i've seen. ;__;

I've got good news!!: there's gonna be an OVA released on april 28 next year, and there's also probabilities of a second season for zombie loan, after the OVA is released :3... Okay, maybe not so good news, we'll have to wait long D:
