Question:
What is the meaning of life? Why do we exist, learn, love, fight, get well and ill for 80 years, only to perish? Why do we continue to develop our society to greater heights if there is no final goal to it?
____________________
This is not a question I may sufficiently answer for you, but I will try. Think of the people who have come before you, do you think they've had a purpose? If you are an African American, are you not grateful for Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr. and their purpose they created. If your welfare and earnings depend on a person who founded the business you work for, aren't you glad they had a purpose? A person's purpose is told retrospectively to the people he or she has affected. Thus, the meaning of life is what you make of it. Cliche I know. The meaning of life is to enjoy the ride because you aren't sure what's going to happen to you after you die. People in the past have made good things their purpose so that others in the future will enjoy the ride of life better than they did.
Who said there is no final goal?
Question:
Why is it that everything what we would call bad is always, I mean really always, slighty stronger than the effort of humanity doing good. You might say it is a question of perspective but why is life so tremendously hard sometimes? It makes no sense. Our life is short and we suffer. They say evil derives from free will. Others claim that there is no free will, but I know they talk about entirely different meanings of what is free will. How can you still believe in a god that made a world with a constitution (more evil than good) like this. Don't get me wrong. I see why people believe. It is like a motor for them. For I sometimes need a motivation from above actually doing things to fight the feeling of void.
_____________
It is a perception that more evil occurs in the world than good. Good things do happen, but just unnoticed. It is easy to notice things that one would call wrong or evil, because it affects your emotions stronger than good things. The feeling of hurt and pain is stronger than the feelings of good and pleasure. The feelings of hurt and pain is to educate; for without hurt and pain, good and pleasure would not exist; humans would not appreciate the good and pleasure. If you think of the positive things like the fact that you're alive and have blood pumping through your veins and a brain that can think on it's own, then you can be a bit more positive about life. When things are stressful, reminisce to the things that are (seemingly) simple. Short life and suffering depends on the individual and his/her place in time. Free will only exists in the exact moment of a choice being made
Question:
That leads us to the next question. If I die everything I learned is said to be meaningless. What happens after death? Am I thrown into a new life and do the same fucking bullshit all over again, but without knowing shit I learned in a earlier life? What is the sense of learning if our life is over?
______________
You are thinking selfishly. Everything you have learned is not meaningless if it has helped the people around you and the next generation grow. After you are dead, others will lead better lives from being taught what you have taught them, whether you realize this or not. I am sorry, I cannot tell you what happens after you die. It is not your time to know. Just know that you shouldn't be afraid when you die. Many have gone through the process before you and many will continue the process after you. There is nothing to fear.

Why does humanity always strive to know that which it should not be allowed to? Why does it strive for perfection, and then want more when it is achieved?
The first and third questions are to be debated eternally. In this monochrome world, such things couldn't find answers. They just are and we accept them, take them for granted, as we couldn't do anything else. Even so, one can brush some colours over them.
As I have said, it is humanity's nature to strive for that which is perfect. Thus the development. The final goal would be the same as ours, that of death.
The meaning of life? For me, this is a private matter. What is given and cannot be taken (figuratively) from one is one's life. In your life, the only universal truth is that you live as you please. You can give your life to someone else, you can blemish and deny it and you can blame others for it, but it is yours. That's why I don't agree that others influence your life. Only the circumstances in which it takes place, creating possibilities. This I don't consider part of one's life. It's the basis, not the essence. I've always had a sort of uncaring attitude towards the superficial.
To go to the core of the issue. There are two views I accept. One is that we all have a purpose, a higher purpose conveyed to us by a higher power. The other is that we live a hedonistic existence under the mark of egoism. I am the adept of the second, as derived from the former paragraph. I don't recognise any higher beings, I just take what there is for granted, whilst also thinking why it is, a contradiction which I like. For me, as long as one is happy and content with one's life, no matter how it was, one fulfilled eir purpose.
Indeed that which is evil has a greater impression than that which is good. It is unnatural to stray from the path to perfection, thus most people find it inherently disgusting, without any thought, similar to religious people (fanatics especially) turning a blind eye to science, deeming it evil. Also, taking into consideration that the majority of humanity is built on a common frame, called "common sense" and shaped by "society", it would be normal to say that some forms of 'evil' make a greater impression than others.
Having said this, I'll now turn to nihilism. There is no good, nor evil. It is a matter of one's heart to decide which is which. When one follows eir path and do the "right" thing, another group blames them for doing the work of Satan, for going against common sense. As such, a minor issue, the original event, creates one of a greater magnitude. It is only an illusion that there is more evil. Humans make it so.
Viewing it on a personal plane, it is up to that person to carefully analyse the events that brought forth such a happening, when talking about inter-human relations. The absence of an explanation would mean psychic instability. Other situation I'll leave in vain.
Reincarnation is one thing, after-life, back in the earth and share its pain, etc. Trying to think about after death would be much more effective if we know about death itself. Even before death, I'd like to know what I was before I was born. It is the exact same thing as after I'll die. As I wasn't afraid of birth (or was I?), I won't be afraid of death. I'll only give in to my weakness when I won't be able to control my self any longer. I'll just wait to be born again... However, going to Valhalla and fighting in Ragnarok alongside the Aesir would be so much better. If that is true, life is to unfair...
My gratitude for this break. "Ignorance is bliss". Those who deny it suffer their own fate.

Dying is ending. You can leave a message to the next generation; make their lives easier, safer and smarter. Or not, just living like a fool. Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr made something about their lives, but they also took advantage from an interesting situation. You can make the same, or even better, depends on what you want to do. I know a variety of people who just want to be happy, but none that want to make difference. This is more about choice than purpose.
Sincerely, to believe in purpose is the same to believe god will provide everything, and this is a foolish way to think nowadays. Don’t be a fool thinking about purpose, make you purpose and believe it. Control your life or it will control you. It is all about choice.

Bad things happen, but good things too. We can never compare bad and good things, leave it aside. We should concentrate on good things only because it eventually forges our minds to act alike. Thinking about bad things makes us act badly. It is as simple as that.
Remember that what you don’t want to happen will cause you a greater effect than what you would like to happen. It is because good things cause us happiness, bad things hurt. When you get hurt, you need to heal, and this takes time, sometimes too much time.

Men, there is no religion about agriculture, why about humans? It is like poetry: very interesting but not practical. When you die, it is over. You will never come back because you are unique. But every part of you will reincorporated into nature, in other words, you will be transformed again into something useful to the nature.
Your knowledge might be used if you did something useful during your life, otherwise you were just one more to consume the planet and occupy space.
Life is as simple as that, but we humans need meaning, we are romantic even being bad. We seek emotions like lions hunting. The great question actually is: where is intelligence? I think is the sense of preservation, but the majority think that it is doing mathematics.

Well, you can always take the Schopenhauer approach, and realize that humans are nothing more than animals that delude themselves that there is "more to life" than simple reproduction to sustain our species...
Not to sound to existential or pessimistic but for me Schopenhauer makes a solid point. We are in fact animals, and our "weapon" of choice (that helps us to survive) is our intellect/adaptability, and no one wants to happily admit that our only goal is to be born, find a suitable mate, procreate, raise and ensure our offspring will do the same, and die.
So, humans have created a way to get around this dismal fact by creating the idea of will. We will ourselves to choose a mate based on personal preferences/personality/etc (though Schopenhauer would argue we are attracted to certain mates to give our offspring the best possible chance of surviving-a short person looks for a tall person etc). Humans find meaning, value, goals and aspirations to "live for" in order to make the world more bearable.
Listen, it is a known fact that we will inevitably die, and so I do agree with Schopenhauer's thoughts, but I also realize that if that is how the world is, I can at least try to make something out of it, and assign meaning to the my life (even though that further proves Schopenhauer's point) so that I can make an impact on the world before I leave my offspring to continue to propagate our species' survival.
This mentality helps our "will to survive" since after all, if any species lost the will to survive they would become extinct. To counteract Schopenhauer's depressing explanation of the existence of humans, we romanticize the meaning of life and try to assign some value to life that transcends that of simple evolution.
