01.everyone in this group is it allowed to make a contest for banners.

like Koharu do that with the banner of her page that she didn't like.

02when you wanted to make a contest like koharu , so plase do
it so. open a new tropic with the name Special contest and with
the number which it is .examples :
Special contest 01:forum Banner

03but i think we should make normally contest , too. where you make a banner
(or called it sign) for your fav anime (example).soon of this contest will sart soon .
and the winnerbanner will post at the group .
