Post Your Car or dream car
To bad the sweet 'Le Mans Quattro' name won't make it it to the production version, it will be replaced for the boring name...R8.
Actually the R8 will compete with the Lamborghini Gallardo (which comes from the Volkswagen AG group as well).
Here are some pictures of the new R8:

Ok, I was discussing with some of the local car freaks, and I realized what I really want for christmas at least for this year and many years to come...
I want this:

ZOMG! VINTAGE AUTOMOBILE ORGASM
The Chevrolet Corvette C2 Stingray, 1963 - 1967 models are all fine.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet_Corvette_C2 <---everything about it.
How I would pay for this car... oh man, it is virtually unobtainable...
the engine is rocking powerful, the handling may not be the best but that can be arranged..what I fancy is the Sexness it gives off...

What i would seriously want for a vintage car would be a citroen 2CV and/or honda S800
both hold special place in my memory.
I used to have a 2cv(1970 model), 35Hp, 4spd, FWD, 2 cyl 600cc boxer air cooled. it rides like nothing else on earth, you hear the engine whines smoothly pulling its 600Kg kerb weight off, no vibration as you would expect off a small engine.
whats really cool... u'll ever know what kind of road obstacles you run over... you simply cant feel it... if you drives over railroad tracks, all you hear is just soft *bump bump and you can only barely feel it. Soo floating smooth my auntie get seasick on it.
the other one is Honda S800, 13000rpm, 0-100 in 9sec, 84Hp(Jis), 800cc, all aluminum, 4 individual carb, DOHC, inline 4cyl, roller bearing, lightweight materials, 4spd sycromesh, RWD, dbl wishbone on all 4 wheels. available in coupe / cabrio, is a compact sportscar, extremely frugal ( 35Mpg), affordable to public. and that was 1965.

My oneiric car would be a porsche carrera s turbo, but it`ll take some time til this dream might come true.
The car I actually possess is a mini couper s in purple-blue with withe stripes on the hood. It´s not as fast as the porsche, but it has 170 PS and that´s not too less I think ; )
